Stage 1's red ceremonial outfit with its clear skirt is used for this figure.
In addition to the open right hand that is the same as the illustration, it includes the characteristic sword, meteoric ion shoes and hand part to hold "Primeval Flame (Aestous Estous)".
Also if you use parts from the separately sold Stage 3 version, the Stage 2 appearance can be recreated.
