Neco-Arc Bubbles is a Neco-Arc featured in Carnival Phantasm. She doesn't speak, and her only dialoge consists of an enthusiastically intoned "Un-Un-Un!!" ("Yeah-Yeah-Yeah!!") as she rapidly nods in agreement to any comment. She is voiced by Kumi Sakuma, who also voices Ciel.
