Sugata Eishiro

Eishiro Sugata is the only member of the New Continent Discovery Club who intends to fly a handmade airplane into the sky to discover this new world floating in the sky. He lives in a tent near a river. He is highly eccentric and has some past involvement with Mikako's family.
