Kiyoko is Akira's fellow psychic test subject. She exhibit a variety of paranormal powers which she use to influence the course of events to the best of her ability. While individually of lesser strength than Akira or Tetsuo, her combined effort proves decisive in the story's final confrontation. Physically, she resemble child with wrinkled face, white hair and blue-green skin.

Kiyoko is an Esper who is physically so weak she is confined to a bed. She has the ability to use teleportation and precognition.
