Rabo is an enigmatic character. He is often seen conversing with Nora, a stray shinki, and also turns out to be one himself. He is held in high regard among Bishamon's remaining shinki, as well as Bishamon herself. Rabo has some medical expertise regarding 'blight' as he is often giving 'medicine' to Bishamon whose current condition is degrading. It is later revealed that he has ulterior motives in regards to manipulating other shinki's and with Bishamon herself.
