Tetsukan Littner is a member of the control team for Dai-Gurren. He is in charge of monitoring the condition of the ship.

In the futureAfter the timeskip, he becomes a part of Leeron's science team. Also due to being attracted to the fast-food restaurants that were built in the new city he became obese.
