Before / After - In the process of making a custom 1/6 scale action figure of Miyamoto Musashi (from Vagabond). I ordered a samurai head, some clothes, and found a body I thought would match. Now I've gave him a haircut and did some paint/shading touch-ups to his face. Still need to make some tweaks to his hair, and finish his clothes (add some wear, dirt, and blood), but he's already looking better! :D
