Spring Lottery - Results !!!

We’re finally ready to announce the results of our Spring Lottery. Unfortunately, things went terribly wrong this time. First, Tenshi had been delayed and now we failed to record a video due to some kind of technical issue. Cause of this we decided to pick out the winners using a program written by Vallefor.
