Luffy (and Nami - sold separately) was the remake of 2004 hit One Piece figure series P.O.P. - Portraits of Pirates. Although you can't call it just resale - Luffy's head and trademark straw hat was completely revamped, and paint job improved greatly.
This Luffy comes with a red octangle base, made of transparent plastic, with Luffy Pirates Jolly Roger and character's name on it.
His head can be removed to take the hat off his neck (one can put the hat on Luffy's head, but it won't fit really good). His arms also can be removed, so that vest can be taken off as well.
