Kuradeel is a Two-Handed Sword user and member of "Knights of the Blood" who is assigned as Asuna's bodyguard. Openly dislikes Kirito seemingly due to him being a beater and his own overzealousness in protecting Asuna.
Spoiler!Kuradeel is actually a surviving member of the red guild "Laughing Coffin", and holds a murderous grudge against both Kirito and Asuna for their part in the guild's destruction. He later acts on his grudge and tries to murder Kirito and then Asuna, but is instead killed by Kirito using an unarmed skill.
