Josuke Higashikata and Okuyasu Nijimura discover Mikitaka unconscious in the middle of a crop circle in a field while going to the ice cream shop.

Eventually, Josuke uses Mikitaka's ability to change his shape to cheat at a dice game against Rohan Kishibe to win money for the rest of the summer.

Whether Mikitaka is indeed an alien or if he's just deluded because of the arrow or his newly-acquired stand power is unknown.

His Stand, Earth, Wind, and Fire allows him to transform into anything with the exception of complex items like machines or something that require more strength than his own to operate.
