Chissoku Norainu

Chissoku Norainu is a Messenger for Mikoto in the appearance of a strangled dog. It speaks with a soft, subdued voice typical of many characters voiced by Mamiko Noto, who in turn voices it in the anime. In a scene where Natsuru was asked to turn on the TV in the hotel, it stated a preference for watching rare commercials that are only broadcast in certain regions.
