真庭 鳳凰

Introduced in episode 5. Houou's name refers to the mythical firebird, and he dresses accordingly. According to Togame, he is on a different level than the other 11 Maniwani heads and is not to be trifled with.

SpoilerHis ninpou is to assimilate body parts from his enemies, taking on traits of their personalities, extending his life, and gaining their abilities. He took Souda Emonzaemon's face, which is why he is able to use the same ability and why the former always wears a mask.
