Nickname:	Joe Kisaragi, Joker Saki, Ladies First

He's a typical bully-character in the anime. He's against the Sket dan club because his strongest enemy, Onihime, is there.

In episode 4 he showed signs of love for Chiaki, the Captain of the school's girls softball team.
