Tsukuyo Fuso is a Master from the Kingdom of Altar. She is the spiritual leader of the religious organization the Lunar Society and the clan leader of the associated clan, which holds 1st place in the Kingdom of Altar's clan rankings.

Fuso is a young woman with a multifaceted personality. She often acts cheerfully and capriciously, and is noted to be rather childlike. However, when it comes to the things she is interested in, she can become as ruthless as a wild animal. In terms of her professional behaviour, she is known to be a shrewd negotiator, able to win favourable terms for her organization.
