Retz is a traveling puppeteer and the younger sister of Omokage.

Retz has long blonde hair and turquoise eyes. When she is disguised as a boy, her hair seems significantly shorter, hiding it in a light-blue skull cap. She also wears light-blue overalls, blue gloves, and yellow sneakers. Later in the movie, Retz wears a Gothic-lolita dress that is colored red with black, and a red ribbon on her head. She also wears black stockings and gray shoes.
