Like Kotori in the previous game, she has the power to read minds (due to a wish granted by the magical sakura tree), but only when she is touching the person whose mind she wants to read. Her wish was apparently made due to the bullying she experienced during adolescence.

SpoilerIn episode 7, she starts to have romantic feelings to Yoshiyuki when she was saved by him against the girls that insulting her about playing boy's feelings and when she was locked up in the school rooftop due to the sudden storm appeared while having a singing practice for the band.
