A member of the Magical Investigations Bureau who works under Amami. He is in charge of investigating the "Twin Horns Syndicate."

SpoilerIn truth, he was working with Twin Horns Syndicate and was Yakou devotee but betrayed them and left them to die when Magical Investigations Bureau attacked. He was defeated by Amami.

It turns out that his real identity is Takiko Souma.
