Sylvia Ferrari is the 43 year old mother of the Ferrari sisters. She is an engineer and Galileo's descendant. Sylvia is very proud of her heritage and tries to get Hazuki, Kazuki, and Hozuki to feel the same way, but her efforts seem have the opposite effect on the three girls.
