Запрос помощи <3
30 Oct 2019 21:09:22

Well, at first - try to find an articles like "original vs bootleg". It helps a lot to understand some basic principles about differences between them.

Then check an original figure's photo on mfc and the Shelf and compare it with the look of a figure you want to buy.

If it is not enough just take a few detail pics of the figure you want to buy, then post it here and ask the Shelf users, is the figure bootleg or not. But in that case you have to post a link to the original figure on the Shelf or mfc.

But I think if you will post something in Russian, it will be better to write that you not actually understand replies on Russian without google-translaters. Or write your post in both English and Russian.
At least we'll try to speak simpler or will use English.

Good luck with your collection, hope you'll be not tricked with bootlegs! ))

We are glad if we can help you, but feedback option is only for deals. ^__^
Just thank that person in comments or PM, it is enough.

If you still need help, there is another opportunity to look at the comparison of originals and bootlegs - in Blog spot filter by title try to search "Бутлег" and you'll see some posts that other people made, where they compare original figurine with fake.
For example: one post second post
Good luck! And don't worry about rude comments up there, your Russian is fine and understandable

Hello! Oh-oh ... how evil is written in the first comment, this is not at all hospitable ... There are a lot of scammers on the Internet who deceive buyers, sale false items as real. The first thing you have to worry about is the cheap price! The figurine will not be sold cheaper than her pre-order price! I buy figures only from trusted Japanese intermediaries - AmiAmi, Nippon-yasan, CDjapan and others. In these stores will never be fake. This Japanese online shop often work on pre-orders. When you buy on Ebay or Aliexpress, this is 95% chance to buy a fake! Therefore, if you'll buy from Japanese intermediaries, you never get a bootleg or a fake figure, but their prices are usually more expensive. I hope, that my advice will help you!

Well I'm late
But if my opinion is welcomed still here are some pointers: you can find original figures even on ebay (wouldn't vouch for aliexpress tho) but choose sellers with high ratings. Like really high, I'm talking about hundreds or even thousands of positive reviews, more recent the better. But still the prices on that site are higher than the prices from its' japanese counerparts so unless the figure is very rare and can't be found anywhere other than ebay I'd advise finding it elsewhere.
Mandarake is a good site. I've never got a bootleg from there. However it is some sort of a second-hand store so read the desription for every item, they put detailed list of any possible defects. They also sell new figures sometimes.
Of course the pre-order from already mentioned sites like amiami, hlj, big in japan, hobbysearch or cdjapan would be ideal.

If you want to buy from ebay only buy from sellers who show an actual in hand photograph of the figure (rather the the manufactures photos)

Also i'd avoid buying from Chinese (and Hong Kong) sellers all-together.
