Summary:
"Labor is the common name for robots developed for industrial use. Their use became widespread in construction and civil engineering, but Labor-related crimes skyrocketed as well. To combat this, the Metro Police created a Patrol Labor unit: The Special Vehicles, Division 2. This was the origin of the Patlabors." — from the OVA's intro.SVD has received something new: a faster and more powerful robot called the AV-0 Peacemaker. So far, its existence is a closely guarded secret... but not from everyone. There is a new Labor in town (this one is painted in an ominous black) called the Type J-9 Griffon... and it is out to show the police a thing or two!
