Here's her taken apart. Those arms and hands are also removable, but they're also pain in the ass to put back on.
All of the needles (including the one with the gun) are removable as well. Same idea for the needles on the belt as for the arms and hands.
The hat on her head, surprisingly enough, are not removable. I guess that's one way to cover up any marks on the head.
