Presumably on the lotteries.

At any rate, I'm disappointed that this happened (despite the inevitability of it all), but pretty pleased with the way this is being handled. Quickly ban the cheaters without getting in-their-face about it, make one post stating their ban (to give other users a heads-up), say no more. As opposed to a certain other site, which would have mods and admins get into screaming contests with users (often over taste in anime/figures rather than the rules), tempban anyone who disagreed with their decisions, and so on.

But still, life goes on.

I don;t really get how you can cheat on the lottery, if its a random pick, but yes i do agree that action should just be taken instead of starting out flame wars and banning people because of their opinions.

I explained a bit more in Russian, since all banned accounts belonged to Russians. Two guys created several accounts to increase their own rating which gave them more chances to win in the Lottery. It was kind of stupid since admins are not blind :) So, I banned them. The rating system itself will most likely be revised.
