Kind of. She forms the sword through electromagnetism. Normal sand can't be magnetized so she actually pulls the minerals out of the dirt to make the sword.

This figure is very small compared to other 1/8 figures. I'd guess she is 1/10 but on the box it said 1/8 :/
She is a bit over 13cm but if she is 1/8 she should be around 17cm.

Kinda ruined my 1/8-only collection

I bought it on E-bay and it was sent from Japan.
It could be a fake, but the paint job and details are too good for it to be a fake.
