"Takeya style Jizai Okimono" is an articulated figure based on Takayuki Takeya's interpretation of Jizai Okimono, keeping the product motif and articulation expression to the traditional basic rules. The 5th lineup is a popular Youkai "Gaikotsu", literally meaning skeleton in English.
"Gaikotsu" (skeleton) often appears in ancient Japanese myths and Youkai drawings. Skeleton with only human bones are called "sharekoube". Some of other famous skeleton based Youkai are "gasha dokuro", "honeonna" and "kyoukotsu".
Skull part comes in variation of 3; including Japanese style and Oni-dokuro (lit. demon skull) type in the set. As a characteristic Oni demon image, waist cloth and Konbou stick is included in the set as well. Other various optional parts are also included and it can be displayed in many ways, even with double arms and double heads if you like.
The display base can be used as storage box for storing optional parts.
