An agent of Al Thamen who first confronts Aladdin and his friends in the Zagan dungeon.

Spoiler: PlotWhen his head is cut by Alibaba, it transforms itself in a snake and transfers himself into Hakuryu's arm when he bites it. He manages to infiltrate in Sindria when he emanates from Hakuryu's arm, which is cut from him. He ends up defeated by Sinbad. Later it is revealed that it was Isnan who approached Mogamett and helped Magnostadt to assume control of the Musta'sim Kingdom.
