Saruhiko Fushimi is the No.3 of Scepter 4. Unmotivated and lazy, with a bad attitude, despite being extremely capable. Has a habit of clicking his tongue. A former Red clansman who betrayed Homra and joined Scepter 4. Has an odd obsession with Yata, who despises him and calls him a traitor. Has powers of both Red and Blue, and wields both a saber and knives. Was called 'Glasses Jerk' by Neko.
