Seri Awashima is Reisi's second in command and the only female member in Scepter 4. Has the relationship of bartender and customer with Kusanagi Izumo of Homra. He also gave her the nickname 'Tundra Woman'. Likes anko to such a degree that Kusanagi, Munakata and Fushimi were all visibly sickened. Was called 'Boob Woman' by Neko.
