Nicknamed Shiro by his classmates; Yashiro Isana is the leading character of the series. Accused for shooting one of the members of the Red Clan, HOMRA, he is being targeted by its members for revenge. Even though he was proven innocent by the picture that his friend, Kukuri had of him around the time of the murder, Shiro finds a bloodied shirt in his closet after his "innocence" was proven. He is shocked by this but does not tell Neko or Kuroh about his findings. His enrollment at Ashinaka High School is a mystery as according to the school's records, Shiro is not a student there. It is revealed that he is the next in line to become the Colorless King. Shiro holds great care for both Neko and Kuroh, valuing them as friends.
