Minori Rokujou is the ditzy principal of the school. She is the one that allowed Takeru, Haruno, Inaho, and Himegami to all live under the same roof. She brandishes incredible power and control over element as she can break through amazingly powerful barriers, with her bare hands, thanks to nothing more than, in her own words, her "fighting spirit". She can almost fight on par with Yamato Ouken. She was in the Maken-ki of the school before it became an all-girls school. Minori has the second largest breasts in the series, showing some envy on Aki's. She also refers to herself as "Minori-chan" most of the time. Her Maken is a pair of gauntlets called Dragon Ace.
