Aki Nijou is the school nurse. She is also the staff-advisor (sort of a "teacher overseer") of Maken-ki. Aki is also the closest to Minori, being best friends with her. She was in the maken-ki of the school before it became an all-girls school. Like many other females, she has a gorgeous body, but the biggest breasts. She has absurdly huge breasts, the largest of the cast, which attracts the attention of all male students and the envy of girls around her. In addition to this, Aki is unexpectedly still a virgin.
