Ryo Takiguchi
Goes to school with Kida and Mikado and is a member of the Dollars gang. He is thought to be a bit of a rebel, but actually spends most of his time alone, composing music on his harmonica.

GangHe is a victim of violence at the hands of a group of people from the Yellow scarves, headed by Horada. In the scuffle, his arm and Harmonica is broken. He claims to quit Dollars after this incident, but instead stays around and ends up helping Anri escape from Horada later on.
