A professor at the Tristain Academy of Magic. He's having a high interest in science and peace, which is reasons why he'd like to see Saito's world one day. He was responsible for producing the gasoline for the airplane along with a very short lasting improvement for it.

This man was responsible for the fire in Anies' hometown, twenty years ago. He confesses these, as he calls it, mortal sins in episode 8 and 9 of the second season. He dies after a fight with the Vice-Captain in that mission in episode 9.home.
