Noike Kamiki Jurai is the adopted daughter of the devil princess of Jurai, Seto Kamiki Jurai. She is a first class detective in the Galaxy Police. She used to be the partner of Mihoshi Kuramitsu.

SpoilerNoike is also Tenchi's fiancee.
