Akechi Mitsuhide

Nickname:	Tenkai

An Oda vassal, that ends by betraying his former master. He is depicted as a sadistic psychopath that enjoys the suffering of other people; possibly of a greater evil than Oda Nobunaga himself. This is depicted as he is one of two characters who can hurt his allies, though they don't lose life. Wields two scythes.

Mitsuhide is reportedly slain by Toyotomi Hideyoshi after his betrayal of Nobunaga. However, by Sengoku BASARA 3, an earily familiar figure named Nankobou Tenkai emerged, looking similar to Mitsuhide and wore a mask on his face. He is confirmed to be Kobayakawa Hideaki's aide, manipulating him through sweet words.
