Zigmar Elian

イーリャン・ジグマール

He first appears in Episode 6 and doesn't appear in the manga. Elian is the cloned son of Martin Zigmar. Elian's alter allows him to create and control electronic devices that can allow him to observe anyone or anyplace over large areas. His alter is often referred to as "Absolute Perception".

SpoilerMujo uses twin clones of Martin Zigmar, who are known as Elian 3 and 4, to control the mass areas of the HOLY HQ after it is reformed.
