Endou is a teacher at Riki's school. He is also the advisor of the kendo club and the pubic morals comittee. He is known to be a very strict teacher and doesn't mind punishing students that break the rules.

SpoilerIn the anime he tried to prevent Miyuki Koshiki from commiting suicide on the roof; but when he tries to come closer to her she falls from the roof and Kengo saves her. Because of this he prohibited Kengo from participating with all kendo club activities for one semester, which causes Kengo to join the Little Busters! baseball team.
