Well last year Bluefin Tamashii Nations USA held a DEC 2011 Photo contest; sadly I did not win.

I was hoping the Bluefin Tamashii folks would at least tell us they were judging by categories or if photo-shopping was allowed or not. Nonetheless, I just wanted to share what I entered into the contest...

Also we could only take photos of just Tamashii nation products, so I could not throw in a figma into the photo like the one below. :[

Well this has been a rather short blog, but thank you for viewing it.

[Also is anyone excited for that Figma Saber Bride version? And if you have any opinions or thoughts on your mind feel free to reply~]

Did you really not use photoshop on the third picture? I cant figure out how you could have done that!

I really like that new saber as well, so much so that I ordered her without thinking about it. (I have way too many items on order for March.)

It's pretty funny how we are at a age where we assume photoshop; photoshooped pics would have their exif data record that the photo has been modified. To be fair I actually used one of the oldest methods of developing special effects: wire.

[You might have to click on the actual picture to get a better look at it]

Take a real close look at the circled portion; with the right amount of light, certain backdrop colors, and angle can produce such effects. (I could not have done this with my usual backdrop. D:) This photo was basically similar to the one I submitted but didn't get the angle perfectly hence the wire is visible (it's very faint but there).
