Well, we're finally over the slow-news hump that the beginning of the month offers. Information on upcoming releases is beginning to trickle in around now, as Mikatan's Figma Blog so kindly demonstrates.

The launch batch of Figma Dead Masters is all finished, and ready to be shipped to retailers! They also revealed that stores in Akibahara will begin selling her on October 22nd, so you should get a shipping confirmation around then.

They also showed some shots of the finished figure. No more prototypes - this is from the same batch that people will receive.

To compare, here's a shot with a retail B*RS. I don't see any glaring issues with Dead Master, but I really hope she doesn't have those awful rubber hands B*RS did.

Interestingly, you can also put the skulls onto Figma or Revoltech joints. It kind of makes me want to grab a couple of cheap Revoltechs (maybe some Getters or something) just to give 'em bodies. Come to think of it, I have a Taniguchi head that could use a body...
