Anybody interested in sight-seeing?

Here is a photo-set of Kōraku-en Garden, that I visited this summer :) ...during raining season o_O

Koraku-en Garden (後楽園庭園 Kōrakuen Teien), is a Japanese garden located in Okayama Prefecture. It is one of the Three Great Gardens of Japan, along with Kenroku-en and Kairaku-en. Korakuen was built in 1700 by Ikeda Tsunamasa, lord of Okayama. The garden's form almost had turned into the modern form in 1863.

Thank you, Usagi. It was pretty hard to take photos with a heavy Nikon camera in one hand and an umbrella in the other :D

Nice pictures! Thank you for sharing them.
It gives a chance to people(and me) who have never been there before a glimpse of it.

Well, there are tons of "made in Japan" pictures on the Internet nowadays... But recently I started to feel kinda wrong about my own pics, some of which I've never shown to anybody except my family.

Btw, where are you from? If it's not a secret off course :) Looking at your profile I couldn't get it.

Yea, but I'll never make the effort to go look for these pictures unless I'm being introduced to. *ashamed*
Hmm, when you're not satisfied with your pictures, I think it's a good sign cause it means you're improving and want better shots. After experimenting with it I think you'll be showing off all your pic here in no time!

I'm from Malaysia by the way. :)

Malaysia... I think I've met a Malaysian person only once oO He was a guy with whom I was studying together in Japan. Afterwards I decided Malaysian boys to be very gallant, though their sense of humor is kinda odd :D

lol, so we Malaysians are strange to you?
What do you find most odd? I'm a lil curious about this.
But at least he was nice to you, that boy has made us proud.

Not strange but... It's just he used to turn almost everything into a joke. These jokes were polite and proper, but he was telling them with such a serious face - that when I finally got it was a joke, i kinda felt like a fool :)

But as I said, he also was very careful and gallant. For example, there was raining season and he helped me with umbrella and so on. Lucky Malaysia if all your guys are that type...

That's a lovely picture. :) Reminds me of the Japanese class I used to attend, good times..good times.
After your explanation it does sound like he's a nice fella that's reaally good because not all Malaysians are like that, sadly.
And most of us have a bad habit of ending our sentences with the word "laa". Okay this is not the worst or worse but I'll stop here. XD

You used to study Japanese? Subarashii! Dou datta ka? Nihongo :)

Hmmm... What does "laa" mean? Now after you've said it, I'm starting to remember something like this. Or it's just my imagination... Girls tend to live half in a dream, you know :)
