Remember, I showed you the Japanese flat I rented? There was a small balcony-like structure. Want to see the view from it?
Well, enjoy!
Here is the neighborhood. The 'backyard' is probably a better word.

And here are the neighbors.

And a funny picture of me ^^

I decided to do without notes this time. I had been living there for quite a while, but couldn't manage to understand nor what these buildings are... neither who are their true owners. Anyways I liked the kittens army :) Murrr! They seemed to be half wild, but a mystic o-baa-san appeared to feed them every single day. And I was glad there were no wild dogs. Because in Russia we still do have forsaken animals :(
The question is: do you feel ok about living under such conditions?
I don't want to offend anybody, but having lived in a cosmopolitan city all my life, I felt strange and even creepy at first. But in 2 days I got used to it and started to think about my district as a safest place in the world.
Well, enjoy!

But in a more serious note, I've lived in a similarly decrepit neighbourhood back when I was in Korea. I find that these places tend to be much safer and child-friendly than your average cosmopolitan area, just because everyone in the neighbourhood tend to look out for each other much more.
No one can escape the sin that flows in their veins
