Summary:
The TV anime series of CG shorts Backstage idol Story is created by studio Kichijouji Tron (a satellite studio of Gainax), based on the real idol group BiS (Brand-New Idol Society). The computer-animated versions of the idols will star in the TV show, which is split into two segments. The first segment promises to offer a previously unseen glimpse into the gossip and chatter that goes on in the dressing room, similar to the Joshiraku anime. The second segment is an improvised, ad-lib chat between BiS and a lineup of special guests.
