Summary:
When Nodoka and Yue find a "red string of fate" spell while practicing magic, Yue casts the spell on Nodoka, who hopes that Negi is the person on the other side of her string. Unfortunately, it turns out that the spell is of the prank variety. As a result, Negi and Nodoka have to spend the rest of the day connected together by the spell, with the two spending it with the rest of the class at a resort owned by Ayaka's family.
